FedEx Ground: $0.01 - $99.99 = $7.99
FedEx Ground: $100+ = $10.99
FedEx 2-day: $0.01+ = $25.00
FedEx Overnight: $0.01+ = $35.00
FedEx Saturday Delivery: $1+ = $42.00

I/O Bio can ship to many corners of the globe with the following ship rates, based on order total. Canadian customers, please go to www.io-bio.ca for specific shipping/pricing:
International FedEx Economy: $0.01 - $129.99 = $40.00
International FedEx Economy: $130.00 - $199.99 = $45.00
International FedEx Economy: $200.00 - $274.99 = $50.00

Warranty Statement
We stand by our products, from the sheep to you. If under normal wearing conditions, your I/O Bio garment fails to meet your expectations due to poor craftsmanship or quality, please return it to where you purchased it.
If your garment does not make you feel good, perform better, smile constantly and be a better person, please return it, as it’s obviously not an I/O Bio garment or it’s made of synthetics.
Returns/Exchanges
I/O Bio will accept returns and/or exchanges for products purchased through our website. If you purchased your product through one of our retail store partners, please return the product directly to the one where you purchased it. Please ship the package with a reputable company so you can track the package to ensure we received it. Please plan on about 2-3 weeks turn-around time to get the return credited or exchange shipped out to you. We will ship the product back out to you free of charge by the same way it was originally shipped.

Please take a moment and fill out the on-line Return/Exchange Form so we are prepared for your package well ahead of time. I/O Bio Merino is not responsible for packages lost in transit to our office.
If your original purchase was made via credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. Easy enough.
